I Found it at State Farm^®

Jami: I found challenging work, I found you know the opportunity to develop myself to be a better person as an employee, as well as outside of work, and ultimately I found a job that I thoroughly enjoy. 

Marsha: I found that State Farm has great people to work with.

Julie: And people really care about you.  They care about your success.  They care about your well being and they just want you to succeed.

Seanan: State Farm offers so many opportunities for so many different people.  I mean, the opportunities are totally endless.

Phani: Equal opportunity is there.  That’s a priority I guess in every company, but then again, the respect and integrity that an employee can carry over at work has been really good at State Farm.

Mary: State Farm is truly dedicated on training and improving in regards to developing an employee.

Jerome: I believe that I can advance as far as I’d like to go.  And at that point, that means that the door is wide open.  If you have the drive, you have the initiative, and you want to move up the ladder, I believe you can. 

Julie: After I started working here at State Farm, I really found a career.  And it wasn’t just something temporary.  It was something that I wanted to do for the rest of my career.

Marsha: People here are hard working and focused.  And in the end, their interest is in helping State Farm's customers get where they want to be.

Uvaldo: And when you’re out there in front of that customer – and it doesn’t matter whether it’s a catastrophe or just a simple fender bender, I mean, to them it’s the most important thing at that moment.  And they’re looking for someone to help them.  And when you do, it makes a difference to them and it makes a difference to you.

Marsha: I believe in what we do.  I believe in how we do it.  I think we're a standup company.  And in this day and age, that's a hard thing to come across.  I really believe that we do the right things for the right reasons that we really care about the people that we work with, that we serve, as policyholders and customers.

Teresa: If we didn’t provide the best service we could to those policyholders, we wouldn’t be here, and I think the thing that makes State Farm great are the people that work here that make that happen.

Mike: I get to associate with some of the finest people you’d ever want to run into in your entire life, I don’t care what industry you work in, there are some marvelous people here.  And to me that’s a wonderful benefit, it’s a wonderful benefit.
