So Many Careers

Mike: When you get invited into State Farm, and they say we’d like you to come to work for us and you accept the position, you have opened the door to opportunity beyond belief.

Mary: I’m just so amazed in regards to an organization like State Farm and the different paths that people can take within their careers.

Julie: I have had a few different positions within the company, and each one has built upon the other as far as skills and talents that I’ve developed

Marsha: I’ve worked in the auto company, I’ve worked in purchasing, I’ve worked in agency, so I’ve gotten to see a lot of different things.

Jerome: It’s been great.  Actually, I have been in three different locations since I’ve been with State Farm.

Jami: If you want to seek leadership positions in the future, there’s a lot of development opportunities that you can get in that are either structured or not structured.

Teresa: And those skill sets and those experiences that you get as you move into different careers in the long term, open a lot of different doors, which is a great thing and a good thing about State Farm.

Mike: Opportunities don’t just fall in your lap, you earn the opportunities at State Farm.  And that’s been the beautiful thing about this organization is you get chances to be successful and they will give you everything that you need to be successful.

Seanan: Our leadership knows that the more our people develop, the better the company will do.  There’s many opportunities to continue your education, either through a university setting or through other avenues like insurance courses, et cetera, et cetera.

Marsha: There are fabulous places you can go and things you can learn. All of them have been great experiences for me, great opportunities for me to grow and change.  I’m a better employee because of my experiences here, I’m a better person because of my experiences here.
