Added Value Services
Select Service repairers are committed to providing quality auto repairs for our customers. In addition to providing quality repairs, Select Service program repairers provided the following:
- One-stop claim service for estimating vehicle damages
- Written national limited lifetime repair warranty
- Guaranteed completion date for repairs
- Wash & vacuum of vehicle upon repair completion
- Pick up and delivery of your vehicle when requested
- Direct payment to the repair facility upon completion of repairs
- Program repairers may offer other convenient services
If you choose Select Service and your vehicle is drivable:
- You or your State Farm agent can schedule an appointment with a Select Service repairer.
- The repairer will prepare an estimate and provide you with a copy.
- With your authorization, the repairer will schedule a date to repair your vehicle and order any parts that are needed.
- When you are satisfied with the completed repairs, you pay any applicable deductible. State Farm pays the balance of accident-related repair costs directly to the repairer.
If you choose Select Service and your vehicle is not drivable:
- After delivery of your vehicle to a Select Service repairer, the repairer will prepare its estimate and provide you with a copy.
- With your authorization, the repairer will order parts and begin repairs.
- When you are satisfied with the completed repairs, you pay any applicable deductible. State Farm pays the balance of accident-related repair costs directly to the repairer.
Please note
You have the right to select the repair facility that will repair your vehicle.
The Select Service program may not be available in all service areas. Some vehicle damage claims resulting from severe weather, fire, or theft may not qualify for the program. For more information, please contact your State Farm agent or claim associate.
This program is not available in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
