The State Farm Premier Service® Program can help you by providing a list of participating contractors for your repairs.

If your loss is eligible, you can decide whether to use this optional Good Neighbor service.

Here is how it works:

1. You contact your State Farm® agent to report the loss to your property.
2. You choose a participating contractor. Your claim representative can help you choose and will notify your selected contractor of the assignment.
3. Your contractor will contact you for an appointment to examine and estimate the damage.
4. You authorize the contractor to begin repairs.
5. You authorize payment directly to the contractor when repairs are completed.
6. You pay your deductible to the contractor.
7. Material Suppliers participating in the program will be paid directly by State Farm.

The contractor guarantees their workmanship on building repairs for up to five years.
