* The crediting rate on new premiums and rollover values allocated to the Fixed Account depends upon the Fixed Policy Accumulation Value and the base rate in effect on the date the Company receives the premium. Although the base rate may fall below 3%, the crediting rate is guaranteed to be at least 3%. (Based on the claims paying ability of the issuing State Farm® life insurance company).

Please note, effective September 27, 2008, State Farm discontinued offering Variable Products. The Variable Operations Processing Area within the Mutual Funds Dept. continues to service all existing Variable Universal Life and Variable Deferred Annuity policies.

Variable Deferred Annuity policies continue to accept contributions1 and transfer/rollovers up to $30,000 annually. Variable Universal Life policies continue to accept premium payments up to the maximum guideline premiums.

1Tax Qualified plans - Under age 50- $5,000, Age 50 and over- $6,000. Non Tax Qualified plans- $30,000. No contributions are allowed on Tax Sheltered Annuity/403b plans; current SEP plan contributions are limited to $49,000.

In a tax-qualified retirement plan, federal income tax deferral treatment is provided by the plan. No additional tax deferral treatment is provided by the annuity.
