We’re excited to introduce some new features:
Lost your insurance card? My Insurance Card** will provide your policy information on the spot. Are you traveling and looking for the nearest hotel, gas station? Maybe you need tow truck, taxi, locksmith or rental car…you name it, we’re there with our On the Road feature. We’ll help locate these facilities through the built-in GPS. new features!
If your auto policy is registered on statefarm.com®, initiating a claim is just a few taps on your phone. A claims checklist is provided with required and optional information about the accident. The mobile claims process is easy to use with information from your policy available to select rather than wasting time typing. Select who and which vehicle from your policy was involved in the accident. Record where the accident took place and where the vehicle is damaged. Take pictures of the accident with your iPhone camera to submit with your claim.
If you need help finding a repair facility, State Farm Pocket Agent™ is there with the ability to locate Select Service® repair facilities. Need to talk to your agent? The My Agent feature stores your agent’s contact information. Not a State Farm customer? Search for an agent near you.
Whether you are searching for a local agent, repair facility, tow truck, or trying to begin the claims process after the unexpected happens – State Farm is there.
