A high deductible health plan (HDHP) is defined as one having an:
Annual deductible amount of:
- At least $1,100 and maximum annual out-of-pocket expenses of $5,500 for Self-Only coverage
- At least $2,200 and maximum annual out-of-pocket expenses of $11,000 for Family coverage
Annual Deductible Contributions:
- Self-Only coverage: $2,850
- Family coverage: $5,650
