Record Keeping and Administration Services (401(k) plans only)

For an annual service fee, record keeping and administration services are provided.

We offer plan and participant services including:

  • Eligibility and enrollment monitoring
  • Daily account valuation and participant accounting
  • Contribution monitoring and management
  • Loan modeling and processing
  • Vesting calculation and tracking
  • Tax and government reporting
  • Internet and interactive voice response (IVR) systems for account inquiries and transaction processing

Participant Services

Participants in SEP IRA, SIMPLE IRA and 401(k) plans are also provided with services including:

  • Enrollment materials and education, including information on investment options
  • Participant website for easy access to account information
  • Regular statements to track account activity
  • Interactive voice response (IVR) system to access account and investment information

Payment Options -- Employers can choose to make plan contributions by check (direct remittance or pre-authorized check) or Automated Clearing House (ACH) or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Your State Farm agent will complete a factfinder to gather information about your business and your objectives for a retirement plan. Based on this information, a Retirement Plan Specialist will prepare a proposal for you to consider.
