Overview
Investment Objective
Seeks to match as closely as practicable, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Morgan Stanley Capital International Europe, Australasia, and Far East Free (EAFE® Free Index).
Who Should Invest?
You may want to invest in the International Index Fund if you can tolerate the price fluctuations and volatility that are inherent in investing in a broad based international stock mutual fund, want to invest in stocks but with an indexing approach, want to diversify your investments, are seeking a growth investment as part of an asset allocation program, and/or are investing for retirement or other goals that are many years in the future.

Risk Measure
| International Stocks |
| Aggressive Risk |
Types of risk:
Market RiskStock prices may fluctuate widely over short or even extended periods in response to company, market, or economic news. Stock markets also tend to move in cycles, with periods of rising stock prices and periods of falling stock prices.
Foreign securities are subject to special risks. Foreign issuers are usually not subject to the same accounting and disclosure requirements that U.S. companies are subject to, which may make it difficult for the Fund to evaluate a foreign company's operations or financial condition.
The risk that the fund manager's assessment of companies whose securities are held in the fund may prove incorrect, resulting in losses or poor performance, even in a rising market.
For funds that attempt to match the performance of a benchmark index, there is indexing risk. This is the risk that an index fund will be unable to track the performance of the benchmark index. Even when stock prices are falling, an index fund will stay fully invested and may decline more than the fund's benchmark index. An index is not a mutual fund and you cannot invest in an index. The composition and weighting of securities in an index can, and often does, change.
Because securities market indices are developed by persons unrelated to the Fund, the Manager, or to the Fund's sub-adviser, the Fund may hold stocks in companies that present risks that the Manager or the Fund's sub-adviser researching individual stocks might avoid.
