Shares of each class represent interests in the same Fund,
have the same rights and, except for the differences in sales charges and
distribution charges, shareholder servicing fees, and qualified investors,
are identical in all respects. Legacy A and B shares are only available to shareholders with account registrations established prior to 5/01/06.

appropriate for your investment needs. Some of these include the amount of
your initial investment, the total amount you intend to invest over time,
and how long you intend to hold your investment before redeeming your shares
