Using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System

The IVR system will allow you to inquire about fund prices/performance, obtain account balances, and process transactions.

To use the IVR system you will need to:

• Call 1-800-447-4930
• Follow the prompts to select specific transactions.
• Enter your Social Security number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) which you will create.
• Enter your Account Number and Fund Number which can be found on your Investor Statement or view the list of Fund Numbers below for each fund and share class.

Helpful hints

• Your 4-8 digit PIN should be in a number/letter sequence that is easy for you to remember. Use of your name, birth date or a simple sequence of numbers is not recommended.
  
  
• Safeguard your PIN. Do not carry it in your wallet or write in on your account statement
  
  
• As a security precaution, the IVR system will block access to your account if your PIN is entered incorrectly three times. Your call will then be transferred to an Investor Services Representative.
  
  
• If you forget your PIN, call 1-800-447-4930 and select option 0. An Investor Services Representative will assist you in reestablishing your PIN.
