Expected tax mailing dates

Our 2007 Tax information booklets will be mailed in late February or early March. The information contained in these booklets will be accessible in our online Tax Center prior to mailing.

Form 1099-DIV  - Dividends and Distributions

 

If you maintain a non-retirement account and received taxable dividend income and capital gain income ($10.00 or more) which was earned by the fund's investments. This includes distributions paid directly to you in cash and distributions reinvested to purchase additional shares.

Form 1099-INT

 

If you maintain a non-retirement account and receive tax-exempt dividend income ($10.00 or more) which was earned by the fund’s investments. This includes distributions paid directly to you in cash and distributions reinvested to purchase additional shares.

Form 1099-SA - Distributions from a  HSA or Archer MSA

 

If you maintain a Health Savings Account (HSA) or an
Archer Medical Savings Account (MSA) and received distributions of $10.00 or more from your HSA or MSA.

Form 1099-B - Proceeds from Broker and Barter Exchange Transactions


If you maintain a non-retirement account and received proceeds from redemptions (sales and exchanges).

Form 1099-R - Distributions from Pensions, Annuities, Retirement, or Profit Sharing Plans, IRAs, Insurance Contracts etc.

 

If you maintain a Traditional Individual Retirement Account (IRA), Roth IRA, Simplified Employee Pension Plan (SEP), Savings Incentive Match Plan for employees (SIMPLE), or an employer retirement plan account and received distributions from your IRA.

Form 1099-Q - Payments from Qualified Education Programs (Under Sections 529 and 530)

 

If you maintain a qualified tuition program under Section 529, or a Coverdell Education Savings Account (ESA) under Section 530 and received a distribution.

Form 5498- Coverdell ESA Contribution Information


If you own a Coverdell Education Savings Account (ESA). It reports Coverdell ESA contributions and rollover contributions made for the current tax year.

Form 5498-IRA  Contribution Information

 

If you own a Traditional IRA, Roth IRA, SEP, or SIMPLE IRA. It reports rollovers, contributions, conversions and recharacterizations made to your IRA. The form also reports the fair market value of your account as of year-end.
