Redeeming from your account
You can redeem all or a portion of your shares at the selected fund's net asset value (NAV)1 for that business day, provided your redemption order is received before 3:00 p.m. CST. Redemption orders received after 3:00 p.m. will be redeemed from the fund at the next business day's net asset value. Note: If you are redeeming Class B shares, a contingent deferred sales charge may apply. You can place a redemption order by using one of the following options:
In person
Visit your registered State Farm® agent.
By phone
Use our Interactive Voice Response system by calling 1-800-447-4930 to redeem shares and have proceeds sent by check to the address of record on your account or electronically transferred to your predesignated bank account. You will need to have telephone redemption privileges established.
If you wish to establish this privilege, call and request an Investor Account Services Form or simply download the form from literature & forms.
Online
You can redeem shares from your non-retirement account any time by visiting the access my account area of this site. You will need to have online redemption privileges established.

By mail
Send a letter of instruction indicating:
- your account number and fund name
- the registration of the account
- the dollar amount or number of shares to be redeemed
- the signature(s) of all registered owners of the account
Mail your request to State Farm Mutual Funds®, P.O. Box 219548, Kansas City, MO 64121-9548.
The Fund reserves the right to require further documentation in order to verify the authority of the person seeking to redeem. If you request a redemption of more than $100,000, your signature must be guaranteed. Redemption proceeds you request in writing normally will be sent by check to your address of record. If you give specific instructions in your written redemption request, and your signature is guaranteed you may have the proceeds sent to another payee or to an address other than the address of record.
Signature guarantee -- A written representation signed by an officer or authorized employee of the guarantor, showing that the signature of a shareowner is genuine. A commercial bank, broker-dealer, or other authorized guarantor can provide this service. A notary cannot be accepted.

Call 1-800-447-4930 for wiring instructions. Your financial institution and State Farm may charge a fee for this service.
By systematic withdrawal
If you own $5,000 or more of a fund's shares at the current net asset value, you can establish this option which allows you to have a specific dollar amount ($100.00 minimum) withdrawn from your account on a regular basis, payable to you or to another designated payee. Withdrawals can be made monthly, quarterly, or annually. If you wish to establish a systematic withdrawal plan for a non-retirement account, call and request an Investor Account Services Form or simply download the form from literature & forms.
If you wish to establish a systematic withdrawal plan for a retirement account, call 1-800-447-4930 and request an IRA Systematic Withdrawal Plan Form or simply download it from literature & forms.
Redemptions may result in a taxable capital gain or loss. A tax professional should be consulted for more in depth information concerning the taxation and/or penalties associated with redeeming Mutual Fund shares. Telephone/Online Redemption Privileges are not available for shares represented by a certificate or if good payment for shares being redeemed has not been received.
If you request a redemption of more than $100,000, your signature, and the signatures of any joint owners of your account, must be signature guaranteed.

1Net Asset Value (NAV) is calculated by adding all of the assets of a Fund, subtracting the Fund’s liabilities, then dividing by the number of outstanding shares. A separate NAV is calculated for each class of each Fund. NAV is calculated after 4:00 p.m. ET on each day that the NYSE is open for business.
