Redemption policies

Shares will be redeemed at the Fund’s net asset value (NAV)1 for that business day, provided your redemption order is received before 3:00 p.m. CST. Redemption orders received after 3:00 p.m. will be redeemed from the fund at the next business day's NAV.

Note: If you are redeeming Class B shares, a contingent deferred sales charge may apply.

If you request redemption of more than $100,000, your signature, and the signatures of any joint owners of your account, must be signature guaranteed. Redemption proceeds you request in writing normally will be sent by check to your address of record.

It is the responsibility of your State Farm VP Management Corp. Registered Representative to submit to the Fund a redemption request promptly after you deliver your request to the State Farm VP Management Corp. Registered Representative.

Once we have received your redemption request, you may not cancel or revoke it. We cannot accept a redemption request that specifies a particular date or price or any other conditions.

Read the Prospectus for more information on redemption policies.

It is important to note that there is market risk involved when investing in mutual funds, including possible loss of principal.

1Net Asset Value (NAV) is calculated by adding all of the assets of a Fund, subtracting the Fund’s liabilities, then dividing by the number of outstanding shares.  A separate NAV is calculated for each class of each Fund.  NAV is calculated after 4:00 p.m. ET on each day that the NYSE is open for business.
