Customers with vehicle damage claims expect repair work to be completed properly, promptly, and at competitive prices. You are free to choose repair facilities that will perform repairs. So that you can make an informed decision, we provide you with information about our Auto Damage Service Programs.

State Farm established the Select Service® / Service First® [Alberta only] programs to help customers with their vehicle repair needs. Repairers selected to participate in the Select Service / Service First programs offer convenience and repair quality assurance to our customers.

If you do not choose a Select Service / Service First repairer, State Farm will provide you a detailed repair estimate, using prevailing competitive prices. In rural markets, repair estimates from local repairers may be used to assist us in determining the amount we owe.

State Farm encourages open discussions of damage appraisal and repair questions with our customers and their selected repairers.
