Make it Possible® is a program that brings its name to life. Through this unique program, State Farm Bank® and local State Farm® agents are making it possible for people to realize their dreams. Make It Possible is intended to address specific needs of underserved customers by providing education, resources, and products that help people make their financial aspirations possible.
Working with communities, we host workshops on a number of topics:
- Insuring Your Stuff
The workshop offers information regarding protecting assets such as your home or automobile. It also provides an overview on disability insurance in the event you become disabled and unable to work to earn an income to support you and/or your family.
- A Slice of L.I.F.E.®
L.I.F.E. stands for Lessons In Financial Education. This workshop focuses on young adults. The icon of the pizza is a way to engage participants and educate them on the different "slices" of financial subjects that can help them create a successful financial life. This presentation covers topics from budgeting, making financial goals, looking out for credit traps, the importance of credit, and investing for the future.
- Your First Car
This workshop offers information on finding the right car for you and how to finance it.
- Your Finances
Basic financial education is provided as well as information on bank products and how to save, budget, and maintain good credit.
- Your First Home
First-time home buying tips and tricks including: deciding on the right home for you, where to find it, how to negotiate for it, and how to finance it.
- Your Financial Future
This workshop focuses on savings and investment products as a way to reach financial stability.
State Farm is proud to continue our efforts to help local business and communities grow and succeed through information and education. Since 2008, our agents have conducted over 1650 workshops reaching over 30,000 participants in communities nationwide.
