The team is fully equipped to respond to our customers' claim needs even in the face of environmental challenges. The team members are equipped with cell phones, wireless laptops, and GPS devices to enable them to communicate and navigate effectively in damaged areas. They also have the advantage of a fleet of mobile claim handling facilities, ranging from a large van to a 53-foot customized semi-trailer.

Federal Alliance for Safe Homes (FLASH) — FLASH is one of the fastest growing disaster preparedness organizations in the nation. Through this relationship, State Farm provides safety education to homebuilders, inspectors, architects and engineers about the need for safer, better built homes.
American Red Cross (ARC) — Since World War II, State Farm has helped the ARC prevent and prepare for calamities through national initiatives.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) offers emergency locator systems and general assistance programs for emergency events.
