Selecting and Protecting Your PIN
Your four- to eight-digit PIN should be in a number/letter sequence that's easy for you to remember. Using your name, birth date, or a simple sequence of numbers is not recommended.
Safeguard your PIN. Do not carry it in your wallet or write it on your account statement.
As a security precaution, the IVRS will block access to your account if your PIN is entered incorrectly three times. Your call will then be transferred to a mutual fund representative.
If you forget your PIN, call 800-447-4930 and choose option 0. A mutual fund representative will help you reset your PIN.
