Instantly Check Mutual Funds with the Interactive Voice Response System

When you're busy, you want the convenience of checking your account anytime, anywhere. The State Farm® Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) lets you inquire about fund prices and performance, obtain account balances, and process transactions from your phone. To use the IVRS, just call 800-447-4930:

  • Follow the instructions to choose transactions,

  • Enter your Social Security Number and your personal identification number (PIN), and

  • Enter your account number and fund number (which can be found on your investor statement) or view the list of fund numbers below for each fund and share class.

Selecting and Protecting Your PIN

Your four- to eight-digit PIN should be in a number/letter sequence that's easy for you to remember. Using your name, birth date, or a simple sequence of numbers is not recommended.

Safeguard your PIN. Do not carry it in your wallet or write it on your account statement.

As a security precaution, the IVRS will block access to your account if your PIN is entered incorrectly three times. Your call will then be transferred to an investor services representative.

If you forget your PIN, call 800-447-4930 and choose option 0. An investor services representative will help you reset your PIN.
