Rejected ACH Transaction — State Farm Bank®

Rejected Automated Clearing House (ACH) Transactions

On November 12, 2009, State Farm Bank customers and non-customers continue to report receiving falsified email from organizations claiming to be National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA).The email was sent to customers of multiple financial institutions and usually contained the subject line "Rejected ACH Transaction". The body of the email stated that a recent Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction was rejected and contained a link to a fraudulent version of the NACHA website.

As a reminder, please do not disclose any personal information if requested via an unsolicited phone call or email. Some examples of personal information include:

  • State Farm Bank account number(s)
  • Credit card number(s)
  • Personal Identification Number(s) (PIN)
  • Password(s)
  • Social Security Number
