Credit Protection Summary

As of July 14, 2014, State Farm Bank® discontinued its Credit Protection program for new enrollees. If you are currently enrolled, your protection will remain in force.

Credit protection is an optional feature that modifies the terms of your Cardholder Agreement with State Farm Bank. Information concerning the terms of the State Farm Bank Credit Protection Program was included in your program Welcome Kit.

State Farm Bank deposit accounts are FDIC insured.

Preferred Credit Protection

Price: 74¢ per $100 of monthly balance

Summary of Covered Events

If the primary applicant or co-applicant (names of the covered person(s) must appear on the billing statement) experiences any of these covered events, the account will be eligible for protection. The applicant(s) must be enrolled in the State Farm Bank Credit Protection Program prior to the date of the occurrence of an eligible event. There are additional eligibility requirements, conditions and exclusions that could prevent the applicant(s) from receiving benefits under the State Farm Bank Credit Protection Program. How to Cancel Coverage

You may cancel your coverage anytime by calling 877-SF4-VISA (877-734-8472) or by writing to:

We'll cancel your coverage if your account becomes more than 60 days delinquent. We may also cancel your coverage at any time with at least 30 days advanced written notice.
