Upon receipt of an application, State Farm Bank will obtain a copy of your credit bureau report(s). We will then evaluate your credit report(s), the information you supplied on your application, and your transactional history with State Farm Bank. State Farm Bank does not consider any factor that does not bear upon your ability to repay the loan, such as age, race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, familial status, handicap status, the fact that all or part of your income derives from any public assistance program, or that you have in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
If you meet the established loan criteria based upon your creditworthiness, we will advise you that your loan has been approved. If you do not meet the established loan criteria, we will notify you of this decision and the basis for the decision.
