When a lost or stolen State Farm Bank® Visa® Debit Card is used at a Visa merchant, you have no liability for unauthorized transactions. When a lost or stolen State Farm Bank® Visa® Debit Card is used at a non-Visa merchant, you won't be liable for unauthorized transactions if you notify us within two business days of discovering that your card is missing or compromised.

Due to circumstances beyond the control of State Farm Bank, some payments may take longer than the scheduled amount of time to be credited to your account. State Farm Bank will take responsibility for any late payment related charges up to $50.00 if a payment posts after its due date, providing the payment is scheduled in accordance with our Internet Bill Payment Service Disclosure.
