October Recap 2014

U.S. equities markets experienced a sharp decline in the first half of the month of October then rebounded and finished the month with both the Standard & Poor's 500 Index® and the Dow Jones Industrial Average reaching all-time highs.

September 2014 Recap

Global stocks declined in September, weighed down by rising geopolitical tensions in the Middle East combined with slowing economic conditions in China and Europe. For the month, the U.S. stock market as measured by the Standard & Poor's 500 Index, declined 1.4%.
