Mutual Fund Redemption
Shares will be redeemed at the fund's net asset value (NAV)1 for that business day if we receive your redemption order before 3PM CT. If we receive it after 3PM CT, it will be redeemed at the next business day's NAV.
Note: If you are redeeming Class B shares, a contingent deferred sales charge may apply.
If you request a mutual fund redemption of more than $100,000, your signature, and the signatures of any joint owners of your account, must be signature guaranteed2. If you request redemption proceeds in writing, a check will be sent to your address.
After you deliver your request, your State Farm® VP Management Corp. registered representative is responsible to promptly submit a redemption request to the fund.
Once we've received your mutual fund redemption request, you may not cancel or revoke it. We can't accept a redemption request that specifies a particular date or price or any other conditions.
Read the prospectus for more information on redemption policies.
1 Net Asset Value (NAV) is calculated by adding all of the assets of a Fund, subtracting the Fund's liabilities, then dividing by the number of outstanding shares.
2 Signature guarantee is a written representation signed by an officer or authorized employee of the guarantor, showing that the signature of a shareowner is genuine. A commercial bank, broker-dealer or other authorized guarantor can provide this service. A notary public cannot provide a signature guarantee.
