2017 State Farm Companies Foundation Scholarship Program Enrollment
Entry forms are now being accepted through February 28, 2016 for high school junior (11th grade/third year) students who will be completing or leaving high school and entering college in the fall of 2017. For complete information and to access the Entry Form, please visit this site.
Legal dependents of State Farm employees, agents, and retirees are eligible to compete for this scholarship. The following requirements must be met:
- Students take the Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) during the fall of their junior year in high school, and
- State Farm associates (employees, agents, retirees) submit a Foundation Scholarship Entry Form to the Foundation by Feb. 28 of the following year.
National Merit Scholarship Corporation notifies scholarship recipients by May of the students' senior year. Each scholarship recipient will receive $3,000 - $8,000 per year for four years toward an undergraduate degree at an accredited U.S. college or university.
