Yes. Online capabilities are available to our customers with small business and organizational policies. Find more information about online capabilities in the Business & Organizations FAQs. Please contact your agent to link your business or organization to your personal account.


Complete the following after your agent has linked your small business or organization to your personal account:

  • If you are already registered, log in to your account using your established personal ID and password
  • If you are not registered, complete the registration process for online access using the phone number, email, and date of birth associated with your personal account

To change your personal information, follow these steps:

  1. On the Quote screen, click Edit Your Info. The Information page appears.
  2. Enter the corrected information.
  3. Click Continue. The Health Rate Quote saves your changes and displays the next screen.

Policy availability varies based on applicant age and residence state laws and regulations. The quote system displays only the policies available to you based on the information you provide.


Rate quotes are calculated based on the information you provide, listed factors, and applicable underwriting criteria.

To ensure an accurate quote, you must complete all pages with correct information through the Quote Summary screen.


If your quote cannot be completed, contact a State Farm® agent to determine your insurance needs.


It takes less than ten minutes to complete the required information and receive a quote. However, after 30 minutes of inactivity you will be asked to start the quote again.


Yes. To send your quote to an agent, follow these steps:

  1. On the Quote Summary screen, click Send to Agent.
  2. Enter your contact information on the Send to Agent screen.
  3. Click Submit.

Note: You must have an agent to complete the Send to Agent screen. If you have not selected an agent, click Find an Agent and complete the instructions.


Yes. You can get multiple quotes. You must start a new quote to change the policy type or state. To change your personal information for your current quote, follow these steps:

  1. On the Quote screen, click Edit Your Info. The Information page appears.
  2. Enter the corrected information.
  3. Click Continue. The Health Rate Quote saves your changes and displays your quote.

To change information entered into the quote, follow these steps:

  1. Click Previous until you reach the screen you want to change.
  2. Enter the corrected information.
  3. Click Continue. The Health Rate Quote saves your changes.
  4. Click Continue until you reach the last completed screen.
