Account Eligibility

The individual(s) on the account must have a Social Security Number (SSN), Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
Applicants with a military address only, please call for assistance
Minors may be listed as the primary or secondary account holder, however at least one account holder must be at least age 18.
All account holders of a Checking, Interest Checking, or Money Market Account must be at least age 13, and one person named on the account must be at least age 18.

Important Information About Procedures For Opening a New Account

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: when you open an account, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

Special term CD (*Special term CDs not available for IRAs, ESAs, or Business Accounts)
Coverdell Education Savings Account (ESA) CD
Fixed Rate IRA CD
Health Savings Account
Estate Account
Business Account
Account to be funded by electronic (ACH) transfer
Account in the name of a trust, power of attorney, or In Trust For or Payable on Death
