Deposits

Deposits can be made at ATMs owned by State Farm Bank® or at full-service ATMs that participate in deposit-sharing and display the NYCE®, STAR®, or PULSE® logos.

Deposit-sharing is a financial institution agreeing to accept deposits for other banks. Deposit sharing can be either inter-state (within the same state) or intra-state (national).

The actual availability of this function is determined by each individual institution which owns / operates the ATM. Each financial institution can choose whether they want to participate in deposit-sharing on a state level (intra-state), a national level (inter-state), or not at all. There is no way for State Farm Bank to regulate or control availability since the financial institution which owns the ATM can change their options at any time.

The number of ATM’s that will accept State Farm Bank deposits varies greatly from state to state. Currently, State Farm Bank customers can only make deposits at full-service ATM's that are deposit sharing and display the NYCE, STAR, or PULSE logos. State Farm Bank is based in Illinois, therefore customer’s residing outside of Illinois can only make deposits to machines participating in inter-state deposit sharing and displaying the NYCE, STAR, or PULSE logos.
