Your dedicated Health Assistant is there to help you understand your healthcare coverage, resolve medical claims or billing issues, find an in-network provider and much more.
In addition, members living with a chronic health condition have several support systems with Accolade – your dedicated Health Assistant and team of nurses. Your dedicated nurse will help coordinate your care and provide any guidance or education you might need. They’ll help you navigate your healthcare with ease and achieve the best possible level of health.
Accolade Health Assistants are not alone, they are backed by a team of doctors, nurses and clinical specialists, all working together to get you to the right care when you need it.
Therefore, on June 1, Accolade will become your first point of contact for personalized support with your Group Medical PPO Plan coverage needs. Soon Accolade will connect with you directly to guide you in getting started with a Health Assistant and realizing the value of having your own healthcare support system when you need them.
