Benefits


Paid Time off from your very first day. And much more.

Paid Vacation

Depending on the month you’re hired as a full-time employee, you may be eligible for up to 10 paid vacation days from your very first day on the job. Full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation according to their years of State Farm service.

Holidays

Seven (7) paid holidays every calendar year.

Personal Time

Three (3) paid personal days every calendar year, to use however you want.

Community Service or Education Support

You don’t have to miss that school field trip. You receive one (1) paid work day each year to participate in school or community activities.

Permission Leaves

Paid time off can be approved at management’s discretion for time away from work for things like funerals, family obligations, and doctor/dentist appointments.

Family Leave

You may take up to 12 weeks off for the birth or adoption of a child.

Paid Adoption Leave

You may take up to four (4) weeks of Paid Adoption Leave for bonding or activities surrounding bringing a child into your home. Some adoption expenses may qualify for reimbursement under our Adoption Assistance Benefit.

Paid Sick Leave

This includes continuation of full salary and benefits for employees who are unable to work due to illness or injury. The amount available depends on your years of State Farm service.

Military Leave

State Farm is widely recognized as a military-friendly employer. We provide continued affiliation for employees serving in the United States Armed Forces.
