Paperless Options

State Farm® is working hard to provide you paperless options; however, due to the insurance and financial regulations not all documents are available electronically. Listed below are the paperless options available to you by product.

By registering and enabling the services of® the following options will be available to you:


Your insurance documents are currently available to view electronically; however, due to legal constraints you will continue to receive a paper copy in the mail.

To view your documents electronically:

  1. Log into your "My Accounts" page

  2. In the header bar, from "My Accounts," select "Document Center"


To take advantage of the paperless program you will need to update your payment option to automatic/recurring monthly payments.

To enroll in State Farm Payment Plan (SFPP):

  1. Log into your "My Accounts" page
  2. Click on the State Farm Payment Plan you wish to setup for recurring payments
  3. Locate the Financial Information section within your account detail and click "Enroll"
  4. Provide the information requested

To enroll in paperless:

  1. Log into your "My Accounts" page
  2. Select "Pay Insurance Online" at the top of the "State Farm Insurance" section
  3. Select the "Preferences" tab and choose your billing preferences
  4. Check the appropriate boxes and choose "Apply"
