Your State Farm Bank® mortgage team will help you find the right loan, process your application, and make it as easy as possible to buy a new home or refinance an existing home mortgage.
State Farm Bank® deposit accounts are FDIC insured.
Step 1: Let's talk.
We want to learn about you. Set up a quick call with a mortgage licensed State Farm agent. We want to better understand your hopes, plans, and needs. If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or do not use your voice to communicate, you may contact us via 711 or other relay services.
Step 2: What to expect.
Once we get your application, we'll talk you through the things you need to know and expect through the rest of the process. And, we'll send you important disclosures to review.
Step 3: Take the step.
Once you're ready to proceed, we'll collect a deposit that will go towards your closing costs. We'll also ask for some documents to verify the information you provided on your application. Look over our Application Checklist [PDF-219.7KB] to help gather these documents so you can have them ready.
Step 4: Communication.
You can stay involved throughout the process, check your status and upload documents with ease by using the Mortgage Message Center. Register to help keep the communication lines open.
Step 5: The review.
This part is on us. We'll review your credit request and make a decision on your loan.
Step 6: The response.
We appreciate you taking the time and effort to go through this process with us. If your loan has been approved, we will contact you to schedule a time to sign your loan documents.
