For inquiries specific to your credit card, you can call us toll free at 877-SF4-VISA (877-734-8472) and speak with a representative or you can access our automated banking system. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For technical assistance with a statefarm.com® application, you can call toll free at 888-559-1922 and speak with an Internet support representative. Representatives are available for general assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have a Bank product, assistance is available to you from 6 AM – 11 PM Central Time; Monday through Friday and from 8 AM – 8 PM Central time; Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
