*$20 and $50 Part B Co-Payment Medicare Supplement Policy (Plan N) pays 100% of the Part B coinsurance, except for a copayment of up to $20 for some office visits and up to a $50 copayment for emergency room visits that don’t result in an inpatient admission.

The following additional benefits are available with the Basic Plan by Rider:

  • Part A inpatient hospital deductible
  • Part B deductible coverage
  • Part B excess charges coverage — 100% of the excess charge above Medicare's reasonable charge if medical provider does not accept Medicare assignment, subject to Federal/State mandated limit
  • Preventive medical care coverage up to $120 per calendar year
