How do I get rewarded?
If you haven’t already, add your vehicle to the Garage in your FordPass™ or Lincoln Way™ app. That way we can get your driving information directly from your vehicle. Then, you’re almost done.
- Enroll with a State Farm agent.
- Complete an easy setup by accepting the agreement you’ll see in your car the next time you turn it on.
- Your driving behaviors and mileage will be automatically sent to State Farm after each trip, so keep data sharing & location services enabled in the enrolled vehicle.
- This information is used to update your Drive Safe & Save discount at each renewal.
- The safer you drive, the more you can save. Try to drive as smoothly and consistently as possible and avoid things like hard braking, quick turns, and fast acceleration.

The Drive Safe & Save discount is based on how you drive. If we don’t get enough of your driving information, your discount may be $0.*
Your discount may vary from term to term based on your actual driving, but it will still be a discount on your policy.**
* A discount may not be available in NC depending on individual facts and circumstances.
** In certain states, if you currently receive a premium reduction for low estimated mileage and your car is actually driven more than that, your premium may increase at a future policy renewal to reflect your actual mileage.
To participate in Drive Safe & Save Connected Car, you must have a FordPass or Lincoln Way account with your vehicle added to the Garage in the corresponding smartphone app from Ford Motor Company. If you do not meet these requirements, you may be eligible to enroll in Drive Safe & Save Mobile.
Yes, there are other discounts like Steer Clear and teen driver discounts. You may also ask your State Farm agent about our Good Student discount.
