2013-14 Junior Achievement Volunteer Service Award
State Farm has been awarded a bronze level President's Volunteer Service Award for the 2013-2014 program year. State Farm provided more than 5,000 volunteer hours to Junior Achievement to meet the criteria for this honor.
The President's Volunteer Service Award is a U.S. presidential recognition program created by the President's Council on Service and Civic Participation for individuals and organizations who contribute a significant amount of time to volunteer service. Junior Achievement USA, as an official certifying organization for this award, has the privilege of bestowing this degree of honor to organizations with a U.S. presence that provide volunteers to teach JA programs anywhere in the world. Junior Achievement USA announced the award and the honorees in a recent press release.
2011 Corporate Social Responsibility Index
State Farm is honored to be among those companies recognized as part of the 2011 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Index. The index, which ranks the 50 companies with the best corporate citizenship reputations among the U.S. public, is compiled by the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship and the Reputation Institute. The index cites companies with strong public perception on citizenship, governance, and workplace practices.
2010 Top 100 Employers
The Black Collegian Magazine recognizes State Farm as one of the Top 100 Employers for being an active recruiter of college graduates (2010-2007, 2005, 2002-1997).

2010 Hispanic Federation
State Farm was recognized for its many years of service in the Hispanic community, and in particular, for being the lead corporate sponsor for the community's Ya es Hora effort whereby bilingual State Farm agent offices provide citizenship materials and encourage participation in the Census.
