Creative Directors set the overall creative vision. Under their direction, UX teams design efficient, yet dynamic digital experiences for State Farm customers, agents, and associates. Creative Directors work with Marketing, Creative Services, and other stakeholders to fashion beautiful designs for all digital platforms.
Digital Content Strategists create and govern digital content. They think holistically about customer interactions and author content designed to help users accomplish their goals.
Digital Experience Architects create and direct a consistent, cohesive, and seamless user experience architecture. They are experienced technologists who strategize with business and data architects to deliver a complete enterprise strategy. Digital Experience Architects partner daily with Creative Directors to deliver a holistic and unified customer experience.
UX Architects are the first line of interaction thinking on the path to an ultimate user experience. With deep expertise around helping users reach their goals, they help transform business requirements into interactive reality.
UX Designers make interactions easy and seamless. They are creative design experts who apply just the right blend of visual elements to create digital experiences that are uniquely State Farm.
A hybrid of the UX Architect and UX Designer role, UX Generalists (UXG) are skilled in both architecture and design. UXG’s work with various partners including Digital Experience leadership and UX practitioners, as well as, UX Researchers to ensure the best use of company resources for digital work.
