Paid Time Off

Our Paid Time Off policy provides employees with flexible paid time off from work that can be used for such needs as vacation, personal or family illness, doctor appointments, and other activities of the employee's choice. Employees accrue paid time off hours each pay period based on their years of service and the hours they work.


You may take up to four (4) weeks of paid time off for bonding or for activities surrounding bringing a child into your home. Some adoption expenses may also qualify for reimbursement under this policy.

Bereavement Leave

Bereavement Leave provides employees paid time away from work to make arrangements, travel, attend services and grieve the death of an immediate family member, relative or close friend.

Civil Service Leave

Civil Service Leave provides employees paid time away from work to perform government obligation responsibilities.

Community Service or Education Support

You don't have to miss that school field trip. You receive up to eight hours of paid time off each year to participate in school or community activities.


Seven (7) paid holidays every calendar year.

Military Leave

Parental Leave

Parental Leave provides paid time off for eligible employees following the birth of a newborn baby.
