Paid Time Off
Our Paid Time Off policy provides employees with flexible paid time off from work that can be used for such needs as vacation, personal or family illness, doctor appointments, and other activities of the employee's choice. Employees accrue paid time off hours each pay period based on their years of service and the hours they work.
You may take up to four (4) weeks of paid time off for bonding or for activities surrounding bringing a child into your home. Some adoption expenses may also qualify for reimbursement under this policy.
Bereavement Leave provides employees paid time away from work to make arrangements, travel, attend services and grieve the death of an immediate family member, relative or close friend.
Civil Service Leave
Civil Service Leave provides employees paid time away from work to perform government obligation responsibilities.
Community Service or Education Support
Community Service and Education Support (CS/ES) provides employees paid time away from work to assist in schools and communities, without using PTO. The CS/ES Policy encourages employees to get involved, and our Company supports employees spending time during business hours to volunteer around the community and in schools.
