State Farm provides standard-rate SMS (Short Messaging Service) programs which provide various types of information to our State Farm customers. Subscribers in our programs have provided express consent to receive recurring messages from State Farm via one of our short codes, while understanding that consent is not a condition of service from State Farm, and that message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions or concerns about sending and/or receiving SMS messages, you can contact us at 888-559-1922.
State Farm Agent Offices (a State Farm Agent and the Agent’s employees)* use SMS (Short Messaging Service) and MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service). These text messaging services are used to provide various types of information to State Farm customers and individuals interested in State Farm products and services.
Recipients of these messages may receive recurring text messages at varying frequency from a State Farm Agent Office’s phone number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of service from State Farm or the State Farm Agent Office, and message and data rates may apply.
You can stop receiving text messages from a specific Agent Office at any time. Just text "END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or STOP" to the Agent Office’s phone number. After you send the text message you will be sent a confirmation message that validates your wish to unsubscribe. After responding to this message with a "Y", you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from that specific Agent Office.
If you want to receive text messages again, text "UNBLOCK" to the Agent Office’s phone number, which will be considered express consent for that Agent Office to start sending SMS/MMS messages to you again.
For further assistance, you can text "HELP" to the Agent Office’s phone. After you send the "HELP" message, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
* State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. State Farm SMS and MMS programs are available on the following carriers: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and others.
