Bernice Radle used her passion for real estate to help her community after graduating from college. Wanting to create affordable & quality housing in her hometown, Bernice moved back to Buffalo and used her resources to purchase and renovate several vacant homes.

Thanks to Bernice's renovations, done with some home DIY skills as well as with professional help, Buffalo is now seeing a new generation of renters. On top of helping her community by creating affordable housing, she also started a group called Buffalo's Young Preservationist, where she's inspiring other 20-somethings to help their local community by cleaning-up and beautifying the neighborhood.

Watch the video and find out how Bernice is impacting her community and inspiring the younger generation to take charge and make a difference!
