To unenroll or cancel AutoPay enrollment, you will need to contact your agent for help.
Certain State Farm Billing customers may make a request to postpone an upcoming automated payment if:
- The AutoPay account has an amount due
- The request is completed at least one business day prior to the due date
If the request is granted, postponed payments will process 5 calendar days from the bill due date.
Please keep in mind that if you unenroll, the installment fee on your next State Farm Billing statement could be higher.
Note: If your account is in non-pay cancellation or closed for nonpayment, a payment must be made before AutoPay can be postponed.
