How do I go paperless with State Farm®?

Going paperless reduces the number of paper bills and documents you receive at home each month. The State Farm® “Go Paperless” program puts you in control of how and when you receive information.

What are the reasons to go paperless?

Here are just a few reasons why you might consider this option.

Enrolling in the Go Paperless program is one way to get email alerts when you have a bill due or a document that needs attention. Designate how you want to be informed via your customer profile preferences page (CPP).

You can get an insurance card through both statefarm.com® and the State Farm® app. You decide how you want to receive your card:

  • Print it out to carry with you
  • Save it to your electronic wallet on your smartphone
  • Get it mailed to your home
  • Reach out to your agent for help

While you don’t have to make your payments online, going paperless offers you with a convenient alternative. Simply set your notifications to let us know how you want to receive bills and other communications via email.

Here's how to enroll

To go paperless, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your phone number and birthdate to start
  2. Review and agree to the Electronic Communications Agreement

That’s it. You’re all set. You can opt out of the program at any time. If you need help, your local State Farm agent is a call or click away.
