With more than 18,000 agents around the country, State Farm is a committed member of your community and we welcome opportunities that build our brand and tie into our marketing strategies on both a local and national level.

Media Proposals Guidelines

This site has been designed to allow companies and individuals to present advertisement opportunities in an efficient and effective manner.

If you would like to submit an advertisement opportunity for our consideration, please review our scope of work. Decisions are based on our strategic approach for paid media and media sponsorships which focuses on high value opportunities in growth markets.

By definition;

National: National advertising focuses on nationally recognized goods and services with a national target market. "Mass" Mediums such as network television, radio, and print are used which offer coverage across most of the country (90%+) in order to reach general audiences.

Local: Local Marketing is the strategy and actions that communicate to your customers in a manner, and with a message, that is relevant and meaningful based upon localized differences. The goal of Local Marketing is to drive favorable customer behavior as a result of this more targeted communication.

Due to our priorities and limited resources, Local Media does not consider:

  • Luncheons, Galas, Dinners, Banquets, any 501c organization, any non-profit organization, etc.
  • Little league or community events
  • Attendance less than 5,000 people
  • Signage/branding only opportunities

If you're offering this type of advertising, please know that it does not fit within our Local Media goals and we respectfully decline.

If you're a vendor who is offering agent presence and/or lead generating events please submit your request to www.statefarm.com/sponsorships for review.

Timing

Every submission will be reviewed by the appropriate media team members who can best evaluate your opportunity. You should expect to receive an e-mail response from State Farm within 2-3 weeks after receipt of the proposal. If additional information is required, State Farm will contact you or your organization.
